At the heart of this project is Gulf Winds’ core operations – trucking and warehouse management in Houston. The system we’re enhancing is not just software; it’s the backbone of their business operations. It’s crucial to streamline this system for the efficient running of Gulf Winds’ operations, to keep pace with their expansion, and to provide a platform for future growth.
The system handles an array of critical operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, warehouse management, and driver communication, to name a few. Leveraging our team’s expertise in Microsoft (.NET), Azure, and React, we embarked on an incremental improvement of the existing system.
Rather than overhauling the entire system in one go, we’re taking an agile approach, refining one aspect at a time. This method ensures the system remains operational throughout the process, with each improvement immediately benefiting Gulf Winds’ operations.
As part of our strategy, business automation and business intelligence are paramount.
